Mezinárodní konference a meeting ECC-SMART

doc. Ing. Jan Macák, CSc. a náš postgraduální student Ing. Jaromír Valtr se 3. – 5. února 2025 zúčastnili konference „11^th International Symposium on Supercritical Water-Cooled Reactors“ v italské Pise. Oba zde vystoupili s přednáškami věnujícími se tématem měření elektrochemických metod v superkritické vodě – simulovaných podmínkách budoucích jaderných reaktorů IV. generace. 6. února, po ukončení konference, zde byl uspořádán závěrečný meeting projektu ECC-SMART, kde byly shrnuty jeho výsledky a proběhla i diskuse o budoucích společných aktivitách účastníků projektu.

Jaromír Valtr: In-situ Corrosion Study of 800H Alloy in Supercritical Water

From February 3–5, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Jan Macák, CSc., and our postgraduate student Ing. Jaromír Valtr participated in the 11^th International Symposium on Supercritical Water-Cooled Reactors in Pisa, Italy. Both presented talks focused on electrochemical measurement methods in supercritical water—simulated conditions for future Generation IV nuclear reactors.

On February 6, following the conclusion of the conference, the final meeting of the ECC-SMART project was held in Pisa, where the results of the project were summarized, and discussions took place regarding future collaborative activities among the project participants.
