Přínos biocharu ke snížení emisí skleníkových plynů

Vedoucí Ústavu energetiky se společně s nositelem ocenění Česká hlava, Lukášem Trakalem z České zemědělské univerzity, zúčastnil 7. ledna jednání na Ministerstvu životního prostředí. Setkání, kterého se kromě vrchních ředitelů sekcí účastnil také samotný ministr, se věnovalo možnostem standardizace biocharu a jeho potenciálnímu využití jako uhlíkového offsetu v zemědělství. Diskuze otevřela důležité otázky o budoucnosti udržitelného hospodaření a přínosu biocharu ke snížení emisí skleníkových plynů.

The Head of the Department of Power Engineering, together with "Ceska hlava" Award winner Lukáš Trakal from the Czech University of Life Sciences, attended a meeting on 7th January at the Ministry of the Environment. The discussion, which included senior section directors and the Minister himself, focused on the possibilities of biochar standardization and its potential as a carbon offset in agriculture. The meeting highlighted critical issues surrounding sustainable farming practices and the role of biochar in reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
